Turnkey delivery is executed in cooperation with an independent shipbuilding and cruise vessel project partner with proven experience since 2011. 

Workforce solutions are provided through a separate, recruitment-focused partner with operational experience dating back to 2002, whose responsibilities have included large-scale, high-responsibility projects such as the Nord Stream 2 infrastructure project. This structure enables Merix to deliver controlled, flexible, and reliable solutions tailored to each project’s scope and requirements.
